NDIS SUPPORT WORKER SERVICE

I provide practical, respectful and reliable support for NDIS participants who want greater independence, confidence and choice in their everyday lives. With more than 10 years of experience across community services, support, case work and leadership roles, I bring a calm, professional and down-to-earth approach to support.

I also currently work in crisis accommodation and hold qualifications in Community Services, Counselling, Business and Information Technology.Support is tailored to the individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Depending on your needs and goals, I can assist with:-

Community access and social participation-

Shopping, appointments and everyday errands-

Building confidence and independent living skills-

Technology and basic computer assistance-

Budgeting, organisation and everyday planning-

Completing practical tasks and projects-

Getting out of the house and engaging in interests or activities-

General companionship and one-to-one support-

Establishing routines and working towards personal goalsI work best with people who value a respectful, straightforward and professional relationship. My aim is to support you to do more for yourself where possible—not take over your life or make decisions for you

I am available for a small number of regular or occasional support hours, making this particularly suitable for participants looking for consistent one-to-one support without dealing with a large support organisation.

**Professional. Practical. Person-centred.**If you’re looking for a support worker who is reliable, easy to communicate with and genuinely interested in helping you build greater independence, get in touch to discuss whether we might be a good fit.
